CVCC is a 6,500 sq ft purpose-built indoor climbing and family recreation facility planned for Invermere, BC. Backed by 311 community survey responses and a strong local demand signal, we're building the capital stack to bring this to life.

We're seeking Class A Preferred Share investors to participate in the growth of this facility alongside a senior financing package. Investors receive a structured return — capital recovery first, then an ongoing yield. Full details are available in the investor package.
