Where Things Stand
We're still finding our home — and we want to be honest about that.
CVCC is a registered BC business with strong community demand behind it — 311 survey responses, a growing email list, and real conversations underway with potential investors and community partners. What we don't have yet is land, and that changes the shape of everything else.
We're working through several promising leads on land options in the Invermere area right now. Once we secure a site, we'll know exactly what we're building, what it costs, and what the investment structure looks like. We'd rather wait and get that right than rush it and get it wrong.
